ice pack helped and managed to get 3 hrs sleep i put ice in plastic bag and wrapped it in tea towel .this morning the bag burst and hubby woke with a shock he thought i wet the bed the look on his face was so funny i nearly did wet myself from laughthing.

have now got ice packs that wont leak.

Glad it helped the pain, and also glad we all had a laugh about it!

A few years ago, I was taken ill in Paris, and I remember this GORGEOUS French doctor looking after me and applying ice packs. The look of him alone was a cure, I tell you!
