HELP!!!!

Can anyone help me? I have my ESA appeal in the morning and can anyone tell me how I open the appeal or do I just go in and then state my case?? As I havent got my Welfare Rights worker coming with me. Ann

Take a deep breath, make some notes tonight that you can review and add to after thinking over night.

They will open the meeting. If you are having difficulty thinking clearly or understanding them let them know.

Tell it like it is for you. The messy, confusing, painfull and sad picture of the difficulties daily life has become.

Don't tell them how we laugh at ourselves to keep sane, but remind yourself of that as soon as you are out of there. Then come on here and get all the support you need.

Thanks everyone. As soon as I get home from there in the morn I will be on here to let you know. I have gone through my med examination and loads of faults! One thats made me really cross is where hes put my Mum and Dad came to see me a few times in the week this report was 2010 well my Dad dies nine years ago and my Mum 4years ago, so I dont think so!! I think I have a good case as all the other lies he has put. xx Ann
