Hi Trisha

If you would like to email us on info@fibroaction.org we can send you the info sheets from Benefits and Work for free on ESA and DLA. These contain helpful information regarding filling in ESA forms, assessments and tribunals.

Also have you considered popping along to your local CAB (Citizen's Advice Bureau), they can help you complete your forms? They have a wealth of information to help you do this.

If you look through the Questions and Blogs here in our forum, you will read about our members' experiences and helpful advice which may help you too. There are many posts with good results there too.

Hope this helps. Please know that we are here to help you in any way we can, so if you have any queries please don't hesitate to ask.

Wishing you all the best. (((hug))) xxx

thanx Libs i have emailed you even going to the cab is very daunting as i know it is an arrive and wait your turn system. I'm going to a support group for the first time tomorrow so hoping to get some advice there too xx

Well done Trish that's brilliant about the support group, I hope you find it supportive and a bit of a break too for you.

Try to visit the CAB if you can, take someone with you if that helps you. I hope they are able to help you.

Please know that we are here for you too at all times.

Please let us know how you get on tomorrow. :)

it is one thing reading all the disappointment on here regarding ESA and DLA, but not everyone loses, sometimes it can go the right way. I for one would not give up and you should really appeal if you can face it.They actually rely on people giving up through fear of facing tribunals and stuff. And so many people have given up. I wish you well and wait to hear how you get one xxxxx
