AIRSHOW TODAY !!= DIDDLE INDOORS ! :)

Hi it is the Loestoft Airshow today so the town will be packed the traffic will be awful so i am having a day indoors or in garden if nice and warm reading .

I have been to lots of thenm in the past when the girls were small we use to pack a picnic and go to the beach for the whole day but once you have seen one or two they are all the same but nice for the town brings alot of money in and if you like plane even better. I dontmind seeing the Red arrows but i can see them from my garden lol ,.

So me and my Kindle today lol love to you all Diddle xxxx

Hi diddle, win win for you then if you can see some of the planed from your garden..not sure about the nice and warm though, you might be a bit over optomistic on that one given our weather of late. ..

Waddington air show near me this week end, costs a fortune to get in, usually get to see any Battle of Britain flights that are about as they are stationed at an airfield in the area.

my ex-hubby was an aviation nut and I was dragged round shows and fly-ins both here and abroad for years. we also lived at the end of the runway of our local flying club/helicopter/gliding schools.... so I'm used to the buzz of aircraft. even had a glider drop its load of ballast water on me before landing during one local competition

now I'm down in north Devon, we get the flyboys from a nearby airbase streaking down the valley at low altitudes, startling the bejesus out of me and the cats lol.

Hi Diddle, we also have an air show here in Clacton, but not until August. Like you we can see some from the garden. But as we are quite new here we will no doubt go along with the dog who is bribed with the promlse of lce cream
