Hello JaxxL,

I took the vitamins for a full 18 months and they did nothing at all to ease the Fibro. I also took stuff from herbalist shop to boost immune system - all major grocery and drug stores sell same thing - I took this for 3 years - I have had the flu 3 times and colds 4 times - I NEVER had either for over 20 years - I don't bother with anything that's supposed to boost the immune system or vitamins now. Waste of time and money for me - but maybe for others they just may well help.

gentle hugs,

Carol x

I have over the years tried lots of natural support and I have got good results from some and nothing from others, Co-enzyme Q10 helps me although FM are supposed to be low in Magnesium (esp if you crave chocolate at certain times) but it gave me a migraine, well I tried lots, just do some research on them because you can take to much of some like VitA which can be bad for you. With your Dr's ok go for it but dont go onto the high street, the quality isn't there I use foryourhealth.co.uk/ if you choose to try any suppliments. Mind you I can go hyper on Guarana so I can get good results from trying to re-balance my body.

Good luck xx

I took Magnesium, calcium for a few years , yes I believe the Magnesium helped only my calcim levels become high and my Vit D low ... outcome I had an operation to remove my left paratyriod as it was blocked with calcium. Please consult your GP for a calcuim and Vit D blood screening before self prescribing. Youir GP has funding for Vit D screening .
