Had a long day today, one appointment at Urology at the hospital in Newport followed by a Lymphoedema appointment in Cardiff. Had a MLD treatment for the Lymphoedema who helps a lot but makes me so tired after and I was tired to start with today. Had half an hour sleep in the chair but think an early night is also called for!!.

Hope you have all had a good day today and are keeping well. Take care, Love Angela xx
