good luck i hope it can be of some help, the phycholigist I see runs our local cfs clinic, he just spoke about my symptoms at my first visit, he also runs a support group but Ive never been well enough to join
If its a support group then i dont know how i will get there as its 45 mins away, not on a decent bus route neither. M y partner has had to take a holiday from work to get me there today and cant take loads of time off.
It went well and she wanted to know everything, She wanted me to go for weekly meetings for 8 weeks but i just cant get there, its 45 minutes away and andrew cant take all that time off and my mother in law is going in for a hip op next week so she wouldnt be able to have the kids. So she has put that on hold for now.
She has refferrd me to a physiotherapist who will come to my nearest hospital so thats good and she has gave me loads of things to read about pacing etc..
I am glad i went and she has gave me a number for a lady who will come and help me fill out my dla forms so i am going to do them as soon as.
I have quite a lot of evidance to send to dla now so fingers crossed.
Yeah it did go well, i just cant beleive ther is more help for ME than there is fibro. Its quite sad and maddening.
I dont expect full dla as i can still get about, i just want a little bit of help so i can get a cleaner in once a week as i am struggling. Also my shower has broke and its so hard getting a bath so i need money for that too as i have nothing spare right now.
