Hi hope everyone is doing as well as possible. Just wanted to share my experience using a grounding sheet and pillow case, it’s 10 days since I first used the sheet and pillow case and although I didn’t hold out much hope, I have to say that the last2 nights I’ve fallen asleep quicker, had dreams, and have slept longer and not been really sore in my hips and shoulders in the morning. My energy level has increased along with my optimism. This coincides with my using Harrogate Organic magnesium spray which has helped enormously with cramps and restless legs. I’ve been using the spray for about 4 weeks.
Hope this might help 🙏🙏

Hi, I've been trying to get feedback on grounding sheets (on other sites) but not got any responses as not many people seem to have heard of them. Mines not so much the sleep problem but waking up during the night and morning feeling like I've been trampled half to death! Not heard of the pillow though. Thanks for the feedback.
Hi I’ve definitely found it’s helped with pain on waking, my shoulders, hips and back are so much less painful now and I don’t seem to be waking with a headache, which was a big problem for me. Haven’t used any pain relief on getting out of bed for 3 mornings now and seem to have a bit more energy too. The pillow case and fitted sheet came from sleepearthed online, service and delivery was really quick considering my fitted sheet was made to measure. Hope this helps. X
Thanks, I'll have another look at them. It's my hips that are bad at the moment and I am relying heavily on my various tens machines to get me mobile first thing. They are brilliant but I need them almost all day sometimes so am trying to wean myself off them.
just to give another viewpoint. There is only pseudoscience behind this and no evidential basis of any good. Unlikely to harm anything but your pocket however.
Totally get where you’re coming from, I thought long and hard and did lots of online research and also had the luxury of having the £90 odd to try it out. Have to add I was getting desperate for some quality sleep and pain free waking in the morning and so far it’s paying off for me🙏
Totally understand desquinn , and know why you have raised the caveat.
However I've tried magnetic bracelets which for me personally worked and there is only no evidence "at this point" for the blankets as no proper trials have been carried out (that I know of). I'm sure that is the case with a lot of things that we are now prescribed / advised / recommended to try by our physicians, but until there is at least some body of evidence that merits further investigation I suppose that'll never happen. Until then I'm willing to try anything in the light of the lack of "prescribed" alternatives!
