My friend and I have cptsd. And we buy lots of things we don't need them never throw it away but but more. So today Jon is room by room binning all clutter and I'll supervise🤗😊. I'm flaring but will do my best to help Jon..

I have fibromyalgia as well as other things🙄

We will be ruthless!!!!

One thing I hope is to feel better in a few days when it is done.

We didn't realise we were both heavy horders.

My bathroom is done and half the living room😮😮😮🤗🤗🤗. Poor Jon's dodging the showers going to clothes and book bank..

I helped in my bathroom and just that has wiped me out. I'm so cold and in pain. Poor Jon must be feeling it to.

Hi Blue-52. Js taking hundreds of pounds worth of gardening stuff to tip. Everything from lots compost seedling growers seedling warmers, lots the various correct grit and compost. . Very large new pots weed suppresant , foods

Shelving units, seeds. Framing, bamboo sticks.

I used to be really good at gardening. I do t have energy or strength to to any of it now😭😢

Seeing it all go makes me mad at myself and emotional.

However it is a beautiful day but darned cold😱.

Sounds like spring clean lol have you thought about putting good stuff in garden etc with note saying free as one of my neighbours did and I got a cat bungalow plastic as their cat sadly passed so much stuff could go to charity or given to second home or even sell best of luck iam the same got a compulsive buying or holding habit due to traumatic experience health treatments in hospital in icu 2months

So far the Brexit room is empty of dry food chairs clothes and electrical items. Jon is exhausted. He thinks the one day tidy will now be a four day empty and tidy lol.

I've had to take extra pain meds and chocolate 😂🤗🤗🤗🤗.

Every time I helped I got told off.

Jon has chronic neuropathy and nerve damage to both feet🙁. I feel useless but I'm trying to be encouraging.

Home made curry for tea hehehe. Much later.

I hope today you are taking it alittle easier now you have made a start, the weather is chilly and certainly keeps us indoors more so I’m trying too do alittle tidying in a couple of bedrooms we don’t use now it’s just us two, so easy too shut the cupboards doors 😉lots hugs xx

Hi Yassytina sweetie 🙂🤗🤗🤗 thanks for your reply 😊🤗.J had his 2 bedrooms and I have 2 one of which is for any carer taking over from Jon. Jon's ordered me to rest and nap as he could see I was lagging. He's such a sweetie.

He's already done 2 car loads of tip trips. Just had lunch so Js back to it. His mum is always sending him posh stuff like bedding and towels and clothes that don't fit😂😂😂😂😂

I've four drawers under my bed that emptying straight into bags for the tip😁😁😁😁😁😁😊

Pain meds now hopefully I doze

Hi Gigi sweetie,I explained that to Jon. We've little clear ups in the past and they felt great. I already barely recognise the rooms and we've still a way to go. I'm having a bad day and can't hide it after yesterday.

Jon cleaned my bathroom last night. Spotless. Scared to fart in it lol😂😂😂.

Ha, you should see my garage, the car only JUST fits in. I decided to do a clean up of it all and knew I could only do one wall at a time. Achey afterwards I’ve yet to do the other parts of the memorabilia (junk) in the garage.

I realise you're a way through it all now Dawn, but if you've got anything else to get rid of that might do someone else with very little a good turn, please offer it up on the Trash Nothing app. Then people will arrange to come and collect from you and that will save you some tip runs. And it will also help to cut down what ends up in landfill.

That said, I applaud what you're doing, wish I had help to declutter my own home and send you many hugs and well wishes too x

Smilesalot Gosh, no offence just can't work out if it was me as I can't recall ever posting any poetry. Doesn't mean I haven't, just that my Fibro, Hashi, ageing excuse for a memory has no clue. Most of my poems are very long. The shortest I've written starts with "Don't suffer in silence or enjoy in solitude pleasures and pains that become your life's interlude"... Does that sound familiar?

👍 it does. I used to read veteran poetry a lot when I was younger. I thought I was going crazy lol. I wrote really rubbish poetry but still triedI don't anymore. It's really sunny 🌞
