Magnesium products

Hi guys, has anyone used the boots magnesium cream and/or shower wash? I have the spray but find it makes me itch quite a bit. 😳

I don't use the cream or the shower gel, I didn't realise you could get these.

Have you used Epsom Salts in your bath? A lot of people here swear by it.

Hope ou get some answers soon.

Have got Epsom salts but have not used them yet but will next time I have a bath. 😊

I have not tried the Boots one, but I have had some Magnesium Shower Gel for Christmas which I will be trying when my other shower gel is used up. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with yours my friend.

Hi Scraggles,

It makes me itch and burn too - cannot go there. A body lotion or shower gel would be amazing, but I live in Namibia, Africa and we do not get these things. I hope you find it and find it good for you. Have a lovely day.

I didn't know that these were available, I use the spray occasionally, and, like you, find it makes me itch. I'm unable to try anything new at present, as I am currently due to have patch testing on my skin at the hospital dermatology department. I had been using Epsom salts in my bath, but have even stopped that recently.
