hi, I can only speak for myself. But my cfs causes dizziness from light disturbance, I have to wear sunglasses, a majority of the time, but I am told, this is the wrong thing to do inside the house, but if I don’t, I’m all over the place, my phone, iPad telly is all dimmed, if I go to my living room, where my husband has his big tv, I’m doomed if I look at it. I have to cling to door frames to get back to my room, or he has to help me, I hope you find what is triggering yours.

Yes the last week I think gone eventually after 3 weeks , just trying too pace best I can, I went only up the road too one shop today too get some bits(fingers crossed next Friday )always say that as you never know😉roughly an hours journey too Norfolk for a week with hubbie, daughter 2 little grandboys, we take it a day at a time, just hoping I don’t hit too much in the way of chronic fatigue as I can lose a day just sleeping which pee s me off 😉but with our CFS it’s out of our control. It’s a converted barn and had good reviews. Not so far away and I won’t get so anxious. Last year we went too Sussex. and my daughter got ill, took the shine off and she ended up in hospital for one day and laid up for at 3 days. Typical poor girl. Take care xx

Great to hear, fingers crossed everything goes well in Norfolk, and you all have a lovely time.

Keep pacing. it’s the only thing we can do.

I remember that, with your daughter, bless her.

Take care hun xxx

Am sorry to hear this hope you have a better day today xI have dizzy spells I put it down to vertigo if it lasts a while as it can last up to 6 weeks .

Some days I am very sensitive to lights which make me light headed and feeling nausea.

Yesterday morning I woke up feeling nausea and light headed then a nose bleed ,I took my bloody pressure it was low . I felt like I have done in the past and often wondered if I had high or low blood pressure , so I invested in a blood pressure machine I am glad I did just to give me peace of mind .

Hope you all have a have a nice day and try and get some of the ☀ shine x

Sorry too read this, Fibro can throw up all sorts of side effects but for a piece of mind I would differently see your doc/nurse practioner and get your BP checked, not pleasant when we get scared and that’s normal too sometimes feel this way, take care xx

Just a quick reply here. I found out my dizziness/vertigo was due to the crystals in my semicircular canals being in the wrong place. My acupuncturist asked me about my ears after observing me carefully and I had a bad reaction as soon as I started to lie down on my back on her couch, so she treated me on my side to send energy back up the spine. You don't have to have this treatment. Epley will do it. - Just go on line as I did when I got home.

I googled and came up with the Epley manoevre. Lots of short helpful videos especially the lady on the bed. Above all take in what they have to say about getting the crystals in your inner ear out of the wrong place and into the right place. Get someone to talk you through it if you can. You just need a pillow on the end of the bed and to do what they tell you to get your head at the right angles in three directions. Have a sick bag handy first time just in case. You brain will thank you for getting the crystals into the right area so it can do it's balancing thing properly. Sorry you missed the funeral.
