I had my PIP assessment over the phone, it was a good experience, I shared this with you guys on here. I did not have to exaggerate my symptoms, some of the areas I got zero in, again this is the same as last time.

I have been awarded PIP at the same rate as previous award until 2031.

Thank you for sharing I've been apprehensive about trying to claim pip. I may try to now.

Always good too read something positive 😃

Congratulations, I’ve been so scared to. Thinking that they’d probably think I was “swinging the lead”.

Finally bit the bucket earlier today and gave DWP a call to start the ball rolling.

Now biting my fingers waiting for the online form invite 😬😱

I have dithered for over a year whether to try and claim pip, even though I was urged to do so. I think we all find such processes tiring and scary (being turned down could feel like your condition and symptoms being written off).

Anyway after asking for two extensions to complete the forms (depression and fatigue made this such a tough job) I finally put my forms in the post.

Crossed fingers for all taking this step.
