has anyone had this burning pains all body and pains in hands and feet toes knees so bad have to lay in bed fog is worse too, this is worse today after trying to do three hours a day at work just like something trying to kill me off
what do you do to help ease it?

Yes I get it constantly and had nerve tests which showed neuropathy

Very sharp and acute pain.
I have found it more intense when I feel everything is out of control. I do a full life check of things I can and can't change. Some times I find unhealthy habits have snook in and make changes to food,sleep,exercise ( when I can)
Usually I find I am doing too much or just not getting enough sleep. Or stress is more.
When I first got it I thought "that's it! this is the next thing" but it has come and gone. Sometimes wet/cold weather sets me off. I always wear gloves and a snuggly coat.
It is as if an alarm is going off.
I did the" flippin pain" course on line and that was helpful.

Yes I get it especially at night. A burning pain in my chest, arms. I have been diagnosed with fybromyalgia, with Reynauds syndrome, also high cholesterol,neurothapy. of feet. So I just don't know what is causing the burning feeling .It can be quite frightening at times. Waiting for angiogram so that could be quite wait. Have you had any indication of the cause of your burning pain ?
Just advised it inline with my conditions raynards, Sjögren, CTD, FM and hypertension.🙏
Yes - like really bad sun burn sensation in my feet and thighs diagnosed as nerve damage. I also have Ankylosing Spondylitis with Fibromyalgia and chronic nerve compression due to spinal stenosis.
I get burning in my right thigh then my leg gets bad pain then goes numb it's horrible and very very faithful it starts when I stand
Electric sharp pains 
facial pains/vibrations and fibromyalgia

Pains in calf muscle
