Hey all ... thought I could go out and socialise no I feel even worse now - not in a good place mentally or physically the pain is ridiculous im going to try and get some sleep

Hi there, did you manage to book an appointment with your GP? I am guessing there must have been some improvment in your breathing to allow you to get out for a while I hope so.

How is your breathing today may I ask. I know you said it was very painful yesterday. Please keep us updated. Hope today finds you feeling better xx

Socialising, even when you are enjoying your time can leave you tired and in more pain. I always allow for some rest time after socialising
