Hi I requested my repeat dihydrocodeine as always through the pharmacy attached to the doctors practice. Now they stipulate 10days prior to prescription ending ?? Now I am now on holidays, so last Friday I informed my chemist who requested this for me on the Monday/Tuesday as urgent, yes was late notice but I simply had so much on, which 22nd and was bang on 21 days now we moved to this new practice as my disabled got new house, bad bad reviews too, son is wheelchair bound. The receptionist said oh I can't be morning and that oh your prescriptions last few months have been tad early ? Define as chemist requests them, due review. I said my flight is 1:30 pm Glasgow. Sadly On the Monday night our flight was cancelled so we had to re route and pay a fortune for another flight leaving on 23rd with a 14 hour connection flight in Frankfurt...so because my son is autistic and out flight was leaving from Edinburgh now we sent him to school to keep routine, however, he badly hurt his hand so I called and the same receptionist answered saying oh what's going on you meant to be on holidays...my wifi is dire so I had to call back got a different receptionist...now I am worried as I have arthritis alkylosis of lower spine have a rhumatologist and been on meds since 2020. I feel bullied and belittled here...I have broken no rules and feel I have to justify myself...
