thanks so much for your reply’s I have orthotic insoles to, water tablets, naproxen, Pregablin co-codamol & pain patch, & my happy pill sertraline.

I’ve endured injections in my spine neck & ribs for 5-6 yrs never again!! I think it’s osteoarthritis/ or polymyalgia or just about everything thing…. Been suffering that long I think it’s all melted into BODY GIVEUPNESS! 🤣🤣💁‍♀️
