I have got a lot of pain in my heels making it painful to walk, also pain in my legs from my hips to feet everyday for the last few weeks that nothing seems to help.
has anyone else had this or can offer advise I feel so frustrated by it and it’s stopping me doing things. The pain at night is not good at all.
I hoping you can help people! 😄😫😄

Sorry to hear your in a lot of pain I empathise with you. I was on a medication for another health issue and it helped with the pain and cramps in the legs and feet. Unfortunately it is giving me some serious side effects so the GP has agreed to my coming of the medication. A bit gutted as the pains and cramps will return.
The only immediate relief I get is through baths or heat (hot water bottles).
If your GP is supportive have a chat hopefully their supportive if not I have accessed alternative therapies. They can provide short term relief.
BlueBertie I find magnesium spray/lotion and stretches helpful but it's more my knee, calf muscle, heel & foot. The stretches are freely available online if you're interested just search for planter fasciities exercises. I only do a few at a time but regularly throughout the day, don't even think about them now, just do them automatically whenever I've got a minute. A few heel drops when going upstairs to the bathroom, leg lunges waiting on the kettle boiling, toe point away & toward you before getting out of bed. Little & often but makes such a difference, for me anyway. Shoes too, you might find shoes with a good arch support helpful in taking the pressure off your heels. Loads available, look for podiatry approved, you won't go wrong. Hope some of this helps ☺️
