Leg and feet pain! Help!
Hi yes fibromyalgia 😒 thanks I will give them ago I have pain with out trying to run just made it worse lol thanks 😊
I use scholl orthaheel insert in my shoes and find they really help to reduce pain & achiness in my feet & ankles.
Hiya. Do you take a daily multivitamin? Magnesium is really good too, although despite all my recommendations i still suffer from pain in my feet and legs. Hot baths drink plenty of water and lots of sleep x
I just started using something I found online called outback pain relief.
It’s an oil from tea tree, vanilla, olive oil and eucalyptus. It works great for me. I had given up hope cus I have lupus too and I can’t tell which pain is which.
Sometimes I am putting the cap on the roller ball thing and the muscle is already feeling better I think you can just google it cus I don’t know if I can post a link
Hi
How are you all feeling?
I too have fibromyalgia amongst other things. My hubby has to massage my feet nearly every night which does help. I will try the Epson salts and see if they work. I also don't get much sleep cos of pain from my other conditions. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
can you get marijuana creams? they really can help. also i use diclofenac sodium topical gel. it is by prescription only and must be used with great care..a little at a time. do find each help somewhat but nothing completely helps. i find any relief for any pain is good relief even if it doesn't totally work. hope that makes sense.
Thanks to you all for taking time to message me back I no am never gunna be pain free but like someone said anything helps thanks all I will have a look see what I can try. I don’t take vitamins either so might give that a go because I always feel so tired and sluggish xx
Try going on an exercise bike - just start on a few minutes a day and very gradually build it up. I know it sounds counterintuitive but my attitude now is : 1.if I’m going to be in pain anyway why not keep my body as fit as I can and 2.every day I think about my attitude to pain and challenge it. I’m learning to get the better of it; the pain doesn’t go away but it’s not foremost in my mind all the time, the way it used to be. I’ve tried all the pills, creams and potions and this has been my best solution so far - I’m not relying on someone or something to help me, I’m taking some control back. Everyone works on finding the best for them, I hope you find yours.
Have you tried THERAWORKS? I works great for RLS and muscle cramps!
What is Theraworks as I get awful RLS and calf muscle pain/spasms/rigidity...and where do you buy it?

Sopose never be pain free but if I can reduce it it will help. Wake up every morning feel like I been to gym session during night feel terrible thanks for help 😊👍
I feel your pain. I have neuropathy in legs and feet. I recently increased my gabapentin to 1 4x day to 2 at 4pm dose because it is usually worse in the evenings and night. This has helped. I haven’t found and thing else except a foot massage. That really feels good. 😊
Be nice to have one them (foot massage) lol I use tennis ball and roll my foot over them it does help but but it’s walking on them and day to day stuff just so sore at the minute
Theraworks is a foam that you can buy at drugstores such as CVS and Walgreens
I found a cream online called Topricin Fibro Cream. Works great for me, turns down the pain quite well and I don't take a lot of medication as I can't tolerate it, just 150mg of pregabalin per day. It seems some people get magic relief from the cream, and for some it doesn't work at all. I'm probably somewhere in the middle of that. I think it's only available in the U.S as it's pretty new. I get it from Amazon. I find heat works the best otherwise. Hope you find something that helps.
Hi Dear, I've had fibromyalgia ever since a bad reaction to chemotherapy drug taxotere 15 yrs ago & chased so many different neurologists,& holistic medicine, acupuncture, cranial sacred therapy, massage along with Dialaudin & Elavil. There's a sight called "Fed up with Fatigue " that has been extremely helpful. I use Magnesium spray, also there's a apple cider vinegar combo at health food store that you drink. ( not Braggs) The pain level was intolerable , in legs hips feet neck & migraines and I became increasingly depressed. Also B 12 , Folic acid. But... I have to tell you the miracle for me came when Norco no longer helped me at all &a friend suggested a psychiatrist/ neurologist that prescribed a drug used for addicts to stop called "Subutex " OMG! I couldn'tbelieve the, difference! You have to look up doctors to see who is allowed permission to write the, prescription. I have even started working in Hospice which is quite exhausting at times.I still get very fatigued &uphills are still difficult but the burning stabbing nerve pain is no where near as bad. Best of luck to you. Val
I tried every fibro cream. Only Australian Emu cream worked for me& heat / Biofreeze.
Omg You can still run? Therapeutic yoga really helped me
I’ve used all those topicals that trick the skin into hot then cold feelings with basically an irritant. (IcyHot, Capscain, theragesic, bengay, tiger balm, etc) diflenac didn’t work for me after all the fight to get it!
Until that Outback pain relief oil, because it goes into the muscles.
I’ve started wearing orthotic shoes: vionic, Algeria. And earth shoes, b’zees clarks. It’s made a huge difference! I never go barefoot or in sandal slides anymore bc of back pain
