Hi Niya, I dont have any advice for you just to tell you that you arent alone with this exhaustion. Im male so I cant comment on menopause, however I do know that menopause and fibro. have similar symptoms. I suffer with exhaustion really badly even at this time of the morning Im totally wiped out. Im only 56 and dont work due to this condition. I dont have any energy to do much, everything is an effort. The only advice I have been given is to pace yourself. Give yourself rest times in between activity. Good luck xDavid

Hi Niya, Menopace range is quite good from Vitabiotics, there's a few specifically for menopause support, during and after. I'm 6 years in now and always have a good strength VitD3 at least ( 1.000iu+ ) B12 as (methylcobalamin), B Complex, Magnesium Spray & tablets. I've added a link for info on types of magnesium, hope this helps

Forgot to add VitK2 you can usually buy this with your VitD3

I like NuU, they're a UK company and you can usually get 6 months or a full year's supply. If you do a quick search you'll see there's a few places online and H&B is quite good for mag spray when they have their penny sale or half price offers.

It might ease your mind a little Niya to hear I'm on HRT and it hasn't helped my fatigue or aches. I recently added testosterone to the mix to try too. Blood test last June said I was anemic and vit D deficiency so I take vitamins for these now and they are both back in the normal range, still hasn't helped the fatigue and aches! I have also taken magnesium for past 5 months, no difference 🤷. I'm running out of hope with it all to be honest. Best of luck finding a solution and gentle hugs X

I tried a branch chain amino acids drink (it's for post gym work out) that's meant to help with muscle recovery etc. If I've pushed myself (doesn't have to be v hard) and it seems to help a bit. Have no idea if this is a good or bad thing to do but was desperate as slightest activity and I feel like what I imagine end of marathon runners feel like :(
