Im so sorry you are feeling low. Im also asthmatic but dont have arthrittis. I was made to feel wortless from childhood. And it doesnt take much to go back down that path. Despite having a great hapoy to boot me in the bum if i do. I am learning that sulphites triggers allot of my symptoms. Stress and lack of sleep agravate the emotional side. So i try to not let things get to me. I am what i am . I cant do much about where i am. Walk a mile in my shoes b4 u criticise. Stressing will make i feel worse. Low seratonin is believed to be a big contributer to fibro. Mayb talk to gp.. chin up my lovelky. Take care. You are wort more than you believe

Living with fibromyalgia, like any chronic health condition, can affect your mental health as well as your physical.
Talking therapies such as cbt or act can help with teaching you tips and techniques for managing such feelings of worthlessness as you are having, and developing coping tools
Depending on where you live, you may need a gp referral to access these services, or you can self refer xxx
Hi, I am sorry about how you feel, it is obviously part of the package. I found counseling very helpful, somewhere where you can explore more of the feelings and its roots. Don't give up,
Thank u for getting back to me I will look into that I am glad counseling helped how do u feel now
I am so sorry your feeling like this, chronic conditions do effect our moods. I have recently been working on building my self esteem and confidence up, maybe that could help you???
You are not worthless, please do not be hard on yourself, what I always say is treat yourself as you would treat a friend, if she/he was in the situation you are in at the moment you would not see her/him as worthless - be kind to yourself
Best wishes

Hello and welcome, it’s pretty horrid to suffer on a daily basis and a lot of us here truly relate , I do have arthritis in couple places now, CFS , Treated sleep apnea, along side my Fibromyalgia , some days you want to scream and say why me , I do hope your doctor is on top of treating you for the bronchitis and hopefully that will clear up as that on top will make you feel poorly and down. Pop on for a chat when you feel up to it , we sometimes need that little extra support, I’m having one of those weeks where I’m not up too speed xx
