Fibro low energy exhustion and sleep

So i could do with some advice im sleeping is terrible im constantly exhusted all the time nor be able to sleep at night i have lot of naps during day just lost my energy can anyone help

Id like to no how other people manage this with there pain

For the reasons you mentioned, I literally live in bed 20 hours a day because of exhaustion and fatigue, even if I sleep 2 days in a row I get more tired than before; it’s our little brain causing all the trouble

I have catnap but not a proper sleep, the constant physical pain is another monster in our lives

In short I do not manage it, it’s unmanageable illness, I go with the flow and use cbd oil from time to time as they are expensive

Physio and hydrotherapy is good too

Aw thankyou yh was going too look into hydrotherapy but then the lockdown came do you find routines or wny other stratagies help x

Are you on medication? The side effects can be more exhaustion than we already have. I also use CBD oil and when the flare is bad I have an oil with THC in it, it’s a better pain killer and also helps me get a better sleep at night.

See dont really no much bout the cbd oil that well the medical side im currently on 40mg duluxtine

Where do you get cbd oil with thc please? I have used cbd oil for over a year & it has helped enormously (reduced pain meds by two-thirds) but could do with more on bad days.

I’m in New Zealand and buy it online locally. It’s not legal here yet, but my doctor knows I take it and I’m honestly much better on it than opiates.
