Hello and welcome to our friendly fibro forum, where you can find support, help, advice and a giggle to help lighten the day.

Have you see our Mother Site fmauk.org ? Here you will find lots of information and links and guides to help you understand fibro better.

If you look to the right you will see Topics and in blue will be Benefits and Work. Some of the experiences of members with fibro may help you to plan your future.

If you look at Pinned Posts you will find help and advice on how to make the most of using the forum.

Do not despair, our members are very good at recognising someone who needs help and can offer great advice and support.

I hope to see you around the forum.

Hello Girasole

Welcome to the forum :)

Can you explain in a little more detail what you are needing help with? Is it "just" Fibromyalgia as a whole or something else?

You sound very down. Are you having to make a decision about giving up work?

If you can tell us a bit more we will do our very best to help you as much as we can.

If you need someone to chat to you are welcome to message me (or anyone else in Admin). I can let you know how to write a pm which stands for a private message.

Hello and welcome I would say get your self to the doctors and see if you need proper medication to help ease your pain Most of the members on the Foram have stronger medication than codeine ,not only that over taking of some medication can't be good for your Tummy Best of luck , I am taking codadrimal, Pregabalin and Loranzipam for sleep See what your docters says

Hi Girasole

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I also think it would be best to talk to your doctor about what other medication they can give you to help with your pain. There are plenty they could prescribe for you if they feel they are suitable for you.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
