Hi everyone just to let you know I had my pip assessment beginning of April and she was nice and understanding then at the end of April I had my brown envelope from pip i had to tell pip that I'm struggling more and now I need a wheelchair which the Dr got me one so when I open the envelope even though it didn't bother me that I'm still on standard rate but I was cross with the assessor because a few things that she put which was untrue I felt she misrepresented me and twisted things, I was going to complain but I don't think I can go through all the stress of it sorry for the rant .
Take care all xxx

Hi, Rant away that’s whats good about this forum it lets you rant lol 😂 going by a lot of the posts on here, I’ve not seen one assessment where it has been the truth from start to finish, at least it’s over now and you can start getting on as normal and nothing stressing you out. Have a good weekend
healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., Afternoon I have posted our link there is a helpline available during the week as well if it would help to ask for some advice. I am reading this on the forum about things being written down that are not true at the time of the interview, did anybody go with you in April? Good to have a rant letting off some steam always helps me , not nice when reading members have to go through this. Xx
Hi hun thankyou for your reply, yeah my husband went with me and on the day I had really bad sciatica and could barely walk I was in my wheel chair throughout assessment but had to keep getting up to stand up cause the pain was so bad yet she told pip I didn't get out of wheel chair the whole time plus I went to the toilet which I walk the very short distance with my walking stick which I had to keep stopping cause I felt tired and in pain but sitting down to was just as painful plus I had my other fibro symptoms we explain that my husband does more for me now but my scores were lower than last time go figure thankyou for listening I just don't feel I can go through any more complaining my husband is amazing and my rock I'm so lucky to have his support cause I know some people have noone and that makes me sad so complaining doesn't feel right . Thanks once again for your help and kind response take care xxxx
I think it’s good we can share here and I’m sad they put you through this, what gets me is the genuine people need the help , good that husband is kind mine is alot more thoughtful and has took early retirement after working away many years so I can ask now for the help of things I would just get on and do. We can all have a little rant now and then so don’t worry , one way of letting frustration out xx
Don’t be annoyed, yes they are good at twisting thing and telling lies mine said complete opposite to what I told them ,yes I had 2 accessors come to my home and they still lied , I got my award so didn’t complain about it but I will be putting it down when it’s my review, Another thing Iam sure you all are reading about the Jeremy Kyle show getting exed because lack of after care for guests after bad out vines etc,I just can’t see how the government lets these accessors do what they do to the sick and disabled ,do we not deserve some sort of care and compassion.
Hi hun thankyou for reply I'm sorry you to have to go through that it's not right but I still go the standard rate of pip it's not about the money it's more about them receiving the right information about what we have to go through. Take care hun and thankyou for your kind words xxxx
Hi hun I'm so sorry this happen to you too. What your saying is true the pain and anxiety we have to go through on a daily basis is cruel tiring, yet people who suppose to represent you fail it's soul distroying and makes you feel worse I just haven't got the energy to complain. Thankyou for you kind words take care hun xxx
