I need to get out of this mood I’m in. I’ve had to surrender my drivers licence and I’m signed off work due to rapid sight loss. I will get an operation possibly end March / April for first eye. Meantime I have no desire or inclination to do anything. My pain is now constant. My tinnitus is constant. My energy is low. I have a list of things to do every day and I have no inclination to do any one of them. I’m still in pj’s today. I’m supposed to use this time to relax, focus on me but I really can’t be bothered. This is not me and I don’t know if I just let it pass or do something??

So low just now
Hello Hcharles
So sorry to read how you are feeling , I can relate to you feeling so low , I have been having the worse time ever due to pain and even prescribed morphine , I have not got dressed all week which is not me as well as I usually am on top of what needs doing but had to let things go at the moment and it to is making me feel down and you also have your operations to get through so I would say how you are feeling is totally understandable
Is there anything stronger they can give you for the pain ?
Sometimes I think we have to accept how we feel , tell ourselves it is ok that we are not dressed , we do feel ill after all and whatever needs doing will still be there when we feel better
Time to look after you and use the time to rest as much as you can
Hope you feel better soon
Take Care x
Thank you. I think you are right and I shouldn’t feel guilty for not being my usual self. I hope you feel better soon x
Just throwing you a handful of star dust to light a dark corner.

It would be a miracle if you weren't feeling low. With the body beautiful playing up so much.
And I a sure the weather doesn't help.
