Has anyone out ther created an idiot's guide to Healthunlocked that can be printed out????? Or has anyone the inclination to make one????

My head can't get around all the 'help' pages at the moment and I keep forgetting how to do things.

I need to look at how to do things on a printed page......

I really feel thick........I don't know where my brain has gone since fibro and ME knocked at my door.

I'm usually a nice sort of older person but right now I'm beginning to feel like a frustrated wrestler!

Not thick just your fibro fog in foggy overdrive. Painful Pixie one of the admins (aka Lu) is brilliant at explaining things in a manner even our foggy brains can digest so if you are really stuck I think she is the person to go to.

Is there anything specific you need to ask a question about now as someone on the site I am sure will be able to help you.

I have that type of brain as well I like to see a User Manual in print on paper and then I can take it in but when I see it on the computer screen same words but they suddenly seem to go into Double Dutch.x

Oh dear I hope I haven't upset you! You did help me but I forget and my confusion is quite significant. I feel completely thick - at least I give my family a bit of a laugh when i mix things up!!

I shall try to find PainfulPixie and hope she doesn't mind..........but I feel I do need something printed out that I can look at all the time. (Yes I really am that slow now!!)
