Melatonin use.

Hi. Does anyone on here use melatonin. My gp and pharmacist have stopped a lot of my meds for pain and sleep due to their new policy on addictive drugs. I have been on drugs like these most of my life and am 58.

If you use it, does it work and where do you order it from.

Hi there my daughter uses melatonin 10mg at night they do help she’s been on them for about 2 years she has to stop them from time to time as they don’t work so well she’s under a consultant at the hospital she has the slow release there called cirtralin they come as 2 mg tablets are doctors don’t do these ones but maybe yours might worth giving them a try

I use it but it prescribed from my doctor, I had to go through the sleep clinic to get. You can buy it online and it doesn’t work, I first bought mine only from Biovea, they are 3mg I found I need to take 2 they are strawberry flavour and taste okay, you just pop them under your tongue and let them dissolve about 10 or 15 minutes before you want to sleep xxx

I have been taking Melatonin for about 1 year, my rheumatologist prescribed it. I order it online from a site called Biovea. I don't know if it works or not 😏 I do sleep, but it's broken sleep and I'm always fatigued, but that's normal for me.

I have taken these for years and find vitamin grocer the best value

I used to use biovea. I take 5 or 10 MLS nightly. My husband takes 3ml. We are in our 70s.
