Pins & needles & numbness in hands & feet

Hi .. just recently I’ve started waking up with really bad numbness & pins & needles ... anyone else?? I can’t grip very well either but that lasts all day ... feeling so low ...

I had this a lot until they changed my tablets to Pregabalin they are to help with my nerve damage in my feet but they stopped all my pin & needles and numbness in my hands x

I’ve been on pregablin... didn’t agree with me x 😒 am at doctors next week xx

I’m not sure if it’s to do with vitamin D deficiency x thanks x you too
