Cold and Fibro Symptons

How do other people cope with fibromyalgia and this horrible cold weather, I do not like it at all!!

Hi cutebird, Hopefully the warmer days are not too far away, I can't wait for a day of warm sunshine 🌞. Until then it's plenty of layers to keep warm.

i've really struggled with the cold weather this year ... my way of coping is to wear lots of layers (which then come off when i take a hot flush); lots of hot drinks; keeping house warm; keeping moving as much as possible. xxx

Hi. Since the snow my husband has made me stay indoors. He has been worried I will slip on the ice and hurt myself. I'm beginning to feel like Ive hibernated.

I don’t! I’m really struggling with the cold temperature. Been majorly flaring for a week and a half now and have had an increase in pain so much so that the only time I’ve left the house in the past 36 days (yes I did say 36 !) is once for the dentist and once to have some stitches removed at my GPS surgery. My little girls and dog love the snow but me I can’t wait for it to b***** off and the warmer months to come. X
