Lets have giggle .

Being at home all day can drive you" ROUND THE BEND". Since leaving work, due to my flippin body letting me down, there's only so much telly you can take. Once my 12 year old is off to school ,and hubby at work, having no human contact all day makes me feel worse than I already do. So then I will try and do some housework......not too much, because even that gets on your nerves and leaves you hurting, so I want to say to everyone, LETS HAVE A GIGGLE instead. I have found that laughing really is the best medicine. It's been known for years, but how many of us have a bloomin good laugh each day? I realise that being in pain every day drags us down, but that's exactly why we need to try and let go of it now and again , to find something to really make your face ache, and cry through laughing, and not despair. So please see if it helps you too. You Tube has some real corkers !! love and hugs mandy [Fuff26] xx

Your right Fluff! Laughter is the best medicine! I was thinking yesterday that I'm far too serious and can't remember the last time I had a proper belly laugh! Might dig out some Monty Python that gets me in tears usually oh and the Young Ones! I'm afraid the current brand of American humour doesn't do it for me

May your day be full of giggles!

Thanks for the recommendations I will check them out! Are the Modern Family and The Middle a bit like Melissa & Joey? :) Simpsons aren't my thing and I've heard loads about Rick & Morty. Sending you best wishes for a lovely day too :)

Hi Mdaisy, yes they are similar I think. My brain is a bit whizzy today!! Not sure I watched Melissa? maybe. I'm havin a do the washing day, but still suffering the after effects of stupidly sitting on the floor, 2 days ago, making my sons Halloween costume. . Hobbling about today doing the must-do jobs .I really must remember that I shouldn't try and put my body down on the floor....because it just seizes up days later. silly fool. Oh well, must get on, I've spent far too much time on our site today !!! ta ta for now luv Mandy. xx

Hi Patrick, glad you agree , and hope you managed to get laughing at your old DVD'S. I too loved a bit of Monty Python and the young ones too. There is a comedian called Brian Regan ... he is an american, but his humour is brilliant. It is very British in a lot of ways , and has us in tears every time. Please give him a whirl on the internet, and let me know what you think. My son and I watch a lot of You Tube in the evening [ after my soaps of course !!] yes I know there is a lot of rubbish on there , but we do find a lot of laughter too. I am a bit of " nutty bird " so find quite a lot of random stuff hilarious. So if we stick to this promise to ourselves to keep on laughing , it helps the day along. ta ta for now . Mandy, PS, "Waiter, you've got your thumb on my steak !!" ....well I didn't want to drop it again". ........ xx

Hahaha! That reminds of Manuel from Fawlty Towers! John Cleese was hysterical, don't mention the war! And the scene of him beating his mini with a branch because it broke down!😂😂😂 Shall certainly look Brian Regan up. Thanks! Xxx

I haven't seen my dear friend for about two and a half mile the now as she has been having medical appointments on the day we normally we together. Have just come back from her house and we have done nothing but laugh which reminds me of why we are friends. Daft things make us giggle like me telling her I went to M &S yesterday to buy a pair of ladies unmentionables and that they are now selling them with cashmere in them. We find the strangest things funny and could hardly breathe we had laughed so much.x
