hot flushes
Meds can do that. But also spicy food & unfortunately some processed foods. I found that baked beans made my body temp go up immediately when eating. So no more beans. Try excluding foods & seeing how your body reacts.
Yes. Went through menopause aged 31 now much much older and I still get hot flushes. Think it is due to the fact that fibro sometimes gives us a wonky thermostat!
I have them. Can't be the menopause, although I do think men in their 50s (like me) go through a neurological change. Hot flushes are a pain. I can be anywhere then start sweating. So embarrassing.

Yes, I get them. I went through the menopause at 32 and I'm now in my late fifties. It's embarrassing when I'm talking to someone and suddenly, for no reason go bright red. X
I do and if I can't cool myself it leads to pain tingling through body
