Hiya yes I know how you feel get them a lot and more so since coming of HRT I am 59. But don't let them tell you you can't be going through menapose because I was only 34 .

Sorry your getting them but I am afraid you will just have to cope.

Best wishers G

i had the menopause blood test done negative

Ask to get your FSH levels checked ( Hormone). I had the same problem and was told exactly the same as you and yes I was going through the change of life early at 42years, I an 49 now. There are medications from the GP to help other that HRT, It opens up the blood vessels and helps to stop the fluhes. OR It could be a side effect or another medication you are taking. Pls let us know how you get on :)

Soft hugs,

Elizabeth :) xxx

Hi I to have them and have now for quite a few years I am just 50.

My started when I was having chemotherapy and haven't gone away.

I was checked and told I wasn't going through the menopause,

But when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia the rheumatologist asked if I had sweats.

Since starting my meds they have got worse, don't know if that's just a coincidence.

Hope you get sorted, I know I just have to live with them along with all my other fibro pains.

Trace x

Been fighting hot flashes for 25 yrs (long story) and was prescribed Premarin and then Estradiol... What they didn't tell me is that you're only supposed to take them for no more than 5 yrs especially if there is cancer in your family history!! Had to have my last mammogram redone because of a small mass.... Had to wait 4 days in between. I stopped taking those drugs and now I take Black Cohosh!! Almost hot flash free and loving it!
