Hi nice to meet you, I sometimes get a loss of appetite. But I think it's normal when we don't feel well to go off our food for a few days. Medication can also cause a loss of appetite. Feeling low or in pain are other reasons for going off food. If it continues I would talk with your GP and try and get to the bottom of it. It may be quite normal but if you have always had an healthy eating habit and it stops for no know reason it would do no harm to mention it to your doctor xx

It's the sugar and comfort food x

I do comfort eat I'll admitt

Yeah . For me it's my IBS causes it

i started losing my appetite about 6 years ago- yet weight increasing(mostly abdomen)-then fluctuating -lost weight on hips and legs -gaining abdomen. No GP/Consultant accept this.

Like you feeling full quickly.still GP not take it seriously,Saw gastro last week who prescribed Domperidome which is to help food move through the stomach and not fester in the stomach.

So maybe that could be your problem.I dont know for sure it is mine until i have tried the meds and see if they make a difference.

maybe your GP can refer you to a gastro.

When I am having a flare, as it normally makes me feel sick it does put me off of eating; I do therefore try and make sure that I balance all of my meals and so when I can only eat a little I still get enough of everything 💗💗

I don’t have much of an appetite! I just nibble at bits and pieces,?mostlybeat yoghurt and fruit.

Gave fibromyalgia, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Also high cholesterol too! Not sure my diet helps with anything though! Do eat salads and green veg don’t eat meat but like seafood like fish and prawns.
