Good morning everyone.
I hope that you are all feeling reasonably well?
I have written about the following before in replies to posts but as they have really helped me I thought that I would try to reach out to a few more of my fellow sufferers. Please do forgive me if you have heard of them!
Firstly - an app from UK Fibromalgia called UKFibroMapp which helps you to track all of your symptoms and your medication among other things. I have found it absolutely invaluable. You can customise for yourself adding symptoms, activities, medications and there is also a journal to add any notes. It costs £2.99 to download but well worth every penny.

Secondly help with sleep. Some of you may remember me asking for any suggestions a little while ago. Well, I stumble across Headspace about three weeks ago. Headspace offers a ten day, ten minutes a day guided meditation that you can download for free. You are supposed to do this during the day but being me I thought it might help me get off to sleep so I tried it at bedtime. So far it has worked very well - I still wake up quite a lot (pain, the loo) but I do sleep much more deeply in between and am able, mostly to go back to sleep. It is not perfect but it does help especially getting rid of that chatter in the brain! If you are interested take a look at Headspace.com and read about Andy Puddicombe the founder. He is an interesting guy.
I really do hope that this will help you as it has helped me.
Very best wishes to you all.
