Mega flare up

Mega flare up today this has been brewing all week cant move pain so bad not made it out of bed yet 4 zapain taken applied biofreeze twice still no let up the pain is excrushating ☹ sorry to bring the mood down just needed to vent ,hope you all as ok as can be joanne x

Don't know whether you have a bath rather than a shower but when. I had one I found having a good soak in the bath with handfuls of Epsom salts and then getting back into a warm bed really helped when I had a flare. Hope you are feeling better soon.x

Just moved to a bungalow last week we dont have a bath just walkin shower,i did used to have hot epsom salt baths

I do miss the 🛁 but must admit I was starting to wallow like a whale when trying to get out thought the last time Oh might have to get a JCB in to get me out. Much easier to shower but not half as relaxing.x

Yes i have an electric blanket just moved so will look it out the heat is good for me

I think there's meant to be breakthrough pain relief. Depends how good the GP/Pain nurse is...

no more pain relief available for me doctor has said im at the end of the road as ive tried every med including tablets,medicine,patches,injections and infusions available ive just got back from a three week stay in london on a pain management /rehab course this is all they can offer me to try to help me cope with living with chronic pain and all the other long list of dibilitating conditions that i have joaane x
