Vitamin Deficiency test

Just had a test done, lacking Amino Acids apparently can cause all Fibromyalgia symptoms- I'm trying additional supplements. Will let you know how I get on.

Hi Terry321

I would say that the majority of us are deficient in one vitamin or another without knowing.

Lack of Vitamin D I think would be the main one, but having said that I think that the majority of us Brits are probably deficient due to the lack of sunshine that we get.

I'd say probably Vit B12 would be the next on the list.

When I have bloods done I am always anaemic and usually low in folate too.

Obviously our bodies are just not absorbing all these vitamins that we desperately need.

It is also very surprising how our bodies react when low in certain vitamins. The symptoms can be awful such as severe fatigue, the shakes, low motivation and more.

Please do let us know how you get on.

Wishing you a peaceful weekend.

Lu xx

Hi, I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, they checked my vitamin D and it was sat at 25, I'm taking prescription vitamin D, I didn't realise this was linked to fibromyalgia, I'm learning a lot of stuff and I have only just joined this community x

Hello Terry

What amino acids are you referring to please excuse my ignorance. Will try arsenic if it works.

Terry Mind my asking where this test was done and if none NHs how much did it cost?

Please would you PM details and links to natural medication. Feel at the end of my tether with these signs and symptoms now to be honest.

I have googled amino acids and found several links. I did not know you could buy them just goes to show. Will send hubby out to buy some under threat of divorce.

Thanks for the valuable info.

Hi Terry321

I am so truly sorry to read that you are lacking Amino Acids. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with your supplements, and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Like been said which Amino acids are you lacking as they run in pairs so could be your not actually low but other is too high.

Most things in the body run in pairs like Calcium&Magnesium so to work right need to be in balance.

L-Arginine and L-Ornithine are two the others are Choline & Inositol one shows up as green other as orange(Carrots) in vomit!

There are more there's 20 odd of them.

found a link you can read/check link off of to other articles.cryst.bbk.ac.uk/education/A...
