NTU Singapore scientists devise 'Trojan horse' approach to kill cancer cells without using drugs

"The researchers created their 'Trojan horse' nanoparticle by coating it with a specific amino acid - L-phenylalanine - that cancer cells rely on, along with other similar amino acids, to survive and grow.

I also take B12, Vit D3, Zinc, essential amino acids (for protein) & collagen. I'm cutting out wheat/grains coz I always feel better when I do, but then crave them! Any advice or help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I ground some quinoa and added that to the GF flour as I like using quinoa as it is a complete food in that all the food we eat is broken down into 23 base amino acids and quinoa has them all. This is important as our bodies can only make 17 so the remaining 6 have to come from our food.

I know that liver (and entrails in general ) are s called super foods (it has B vitamins, good fats, all amino acids easily absorbable) but I'm curious to know someone else experience. Who wants to try, pls share here your outcome or let us know if any food makes you feel better than any other

Quinoa and lentils with spicy courgettes and mushrooms.

Hi everyone, Here's what I made for dinner tonight, I love quinoa and its a complete food as it contains all the vital amino acids that our bodies need. I also often cook it with red lentils as they both really compliment one another.

While the long chains of amino acids that make proteins are easy to sequence, it's much more difficult to elucidate proteins structure, often a complex tangle of folds, twists and offshoots.

I think the amino acids are helping me a lot anyway and I want to keep him happy because he's all I've got to get to the bottom of this. I still have dystonia in left leg that sometimes gets the ankle twist inward and writhing muscles.

I am a lucky man because years ago I was exposed to many, many chemicals and developed an early Parkinson's syndrome with many symptoms including, depression, lost sense of smell, a bent back, sleeplessness, anxiety, tireness, muscle weakness.....and, with the help of 'nutraceuticals' - amino acids,

It can even cause the protein to lose solubility In some cases these abnormal proteins can then be broken down and levodopa returned to the pool of amino acids to be used again. But some of the misfolded proteins are not degraded efficiently and begin to aggregate inside the cell.

Performance enhancing drugs.

First up, I I tried Creatine and Branch Chained Amino Acids. No discernable effect. I'm talking specifically about spasticity and muscle strength here. Endurance. Walking, balance, etc Next, modafinil (banned by the IOC). Very good for my spasticity, the ability to focus on walking.

Wow! Interesting: mRNA vaccines could vanquish COVID-19 today, cancer tomorrow....

Then they look at the sequence of amino acids that makes this protein. From that they derive the precise instructions the mRNA must give. This process can be relatively fast, which is why it took less than a year to make the vaccines, a pace previously unimaginable.
