needed vitamin d

hi all ... im still alive lol ..well a wee update maybe help a few of yous...ive been ill for over 20 years ,,still in ma wee room like a cell .quilt under me and one on top ..but the last couple of weeks has done me really good ..thanks to my doctor and nurse who took a blood test and found out i needed vitamin d ...im more myself now ..take 5 tablets a day for 10 weeks ..even the pain isnt so bad now ...and im more clear headed .i now walk a wee bit farther .rather than take scooter out .but still take it easy .will let you know how i get on at end of course ...toodle oo the noo xxx

If only it was a standard blood test ,I am sure we would all feel much better as their is evidence most of us don't get enough vitamin D .Same happened to me however I purchased some and continued to take after the ones prescribed ran out .

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today?

I have also been on a vitamin D3 supplement along with Alendronic Acid for many years due to Osteoporosis. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with yours, and please take care of yourself my friend.
