Any reggae lovers out there? Free tickets to a festival in the sun for the disabed and one carer.

Greetings and love beautiful people. I just wanted to let you know that there is a reggae festival in Spain in August that offers free tickets for a disabled person and one carer for the whole 8 days of the festival.

I know it is hard for many of us to have a holiday due to price and transport etc so I just wanted to share this info. I won't post the link as I'm sure this will probably be seen as advertising but the info for those who are interested is as follows so you can look it up. It's called Rototom Reggae Sunsplash and has the biggest names in reggae music, past, present and new acts.12th-18th August in Benicassim, Valencia Region in Spain. This is a family friendly festival with under 12's and over 65's also free. Disabled facilities are fantastic (this will be my 8th year going and they have improved every year). I only pay 100 euros, 50 for my campervan parking and 50 for electric hook-up. So those willing to use a tent and who don't need electric there is no extra cost except for food and transport there. Everything you need is on site except a cash machine.

If anyone wants anymore info please feel free to PM me. I do not work for them but sometimes an opportunity is too good to miss, especially if, like me, reggae music is like food!

Peace, blessings, love and a pain-free day to all xxxx

P.s for the tickets email shop@rototom.com with your disability ID. I have used my blue badge (both sides) and my DLA entitlement letter with no problems in the past. Bless xxx

I understand Dizzytwo. I am normally housebound too and I am still working out how to get there this year. I already have my tickets and my camper is already in Spain. I've just got to work out how to get myself there! But I know once I get there I will have an amazng time. My health and spirit always feel so much better in Spain. Would love you and your son to come. I always say you don't make friends there, you make family. I am still in touch with people I met there 8 years ago. Take care. Bless xxx
