My name is Gemma, been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since 2010. It's never been easy to live in a lot of pain everyday. Just live one day @ a time! Because I choose to live! I choose LIFE...and life is beautiful😀

Hello gdeseo , a warm welcome to our friendly fibro family where you can get advice, support, help and information with a chuckle or two along a way to brighten the day.

Have you seen out Mother Site fmauk.org ? Here you will find a wealth of useful information including guides and links.

What a lovely positive and cheerful approach to living with fibro, I guess you are a glass half full person?

Hi gdeseo welcome to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.

It does help with the whole process and I wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs and I'm still learning about it, like we all are.

I look forward to chatting with you on the forum.

Peace, luv n light
