Recently I have been experience terrible pain usually on my lower leg (always my left side) if I touch it it feels like it is bruised and very sensitive. It moves around and my pain killers don't touch the pain. Also on the same leg my ankle gets extreme shooting pain and I can put pressure on it and the next day it's gone ?? Is this just another Fibro symptom !!!

What you are describing sounds very much like fibro, particularly in that it moves around and is not constantly painful. Our fibro bodies do peculiar things don't they?
I have much the same with the little finger on my right hand. Sometimes it feels I have covered it in burning oil, it is stiff and painful and two or three days later it is gone.
Naturally if it persists, becomes more painful, you have a rash or fever or "hot spots" then do go to your doctor to get it assessed.
It sounds like fibro. I get the same sort of thing. Sometimes a heat pad helps. I also use Perskindol Gel which goes cool then warm and seems to confuse the nerve endings and so helps to ease it.
Fibro keeps us on our toes with a never ending array of symptoms!
I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend and it sounds like it could be one of several things? Could be Fibro, nerve related or even muscle damage? If this persists I would get it checked out just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation my friend?
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
Don't assume it's fibro I've been misdiagnosed by doctors twice due to them assuming fibro an have four prolapse discs and have just had surgery on my knee
