Hiya, I trust you know that you can get free eye tests if you have glaucoma. I get cramp in my feet to, it hurts so much. I don't think you can do a lot about it. Take care xx

yes I have just found out to take omega3 and eat nuts dark green leafy vegetables eggs avocados. That is vitamin E. Next Vitamin C 500-400 mg.Found naturally in. Then Gamolic acid 320 mg. daily. Found in Omega 3 + promoted. Now I have only received and do not understand it all yet. It was sent to me by rheumatologist and then I get completely lost next underlined Maxepda 10000 5 capsules 2 times twice each day. Now then you thought I finished but then it says 4000mg per days 4 capsules a day. I think that that I will rattle at the end of day. Please NOTE LAST 2 MENTIONED AVAILABLE ON ON PRESCRITION other one over counter. I hope this will help all though I do not as yet.

I am sorry you have just learned of your diagnosis of fibro and guess you are coming to terms with all the symptoms. I suggest you find out as much as you can about fibro because it seems no too people present with the same problems and consequently treatment differs from person to person.

If you Google Spoon Theory it gives helpful instructions on pacing and getting most out of your day.
