Has anyone woken up during the night with burning soles of your feet and burning palms of your hands ?
I have last night and it was on fire.. I shoved my hands under the cold tap and I still couldn’t feel the cold water. Has anyone else experienced this ?

No I had it on and off when I had my autoimmune hives and thought it had something to do with that.. like inflammation.. but last night was the first time I had woken up with it and it was that hot I had my hands under a cold tap .. they were really itchy aswell
Have you tried standing on a cold floor ? Tiled ones work best.
My daughter who has fibro gets this in her feet. First symptons showed when she was 7/8 yrs after swimming. I thought it was the change in temperature after coming out of the pool into the cold. The school nurse didn't have a clue. Nor did any other health professional i asked.
Hi , yes I have these symptoms every night. I have to have my feet out of the bed clothes they get so hot! Hands too are very painful. Diclofenac gel helps me a little xx
I often wake up and hands and feet feel on fire. I have to sleep with feet hanging out of the bed and I bought a Chillow pillow which is under my pillow and I stick the palms of my hands on it to cool them down. I have told several doctors about this but after testing I still don’t know what causes it.
I feel your pain, I have been in a fibro meltdown the last five days, I am burning all over and stuck in bed! Most frustrating and humilating. I live on my own so I have extremely difficulty to get up to look after myself so getting up everyhour and doing one small task, there will be an end to this bad patch and I know this as I have had this condition for 7 years and when I was diagnosed nobody knew much about it. I have found that fibro comes and goes sometimes for days and weeks at a time but acute stuff does pass eventually.
