Hi Agonyforver I see you have recently joined the forum so welcome, it's nice to meet you ☺ I'm sorry you are in pain and having a flare at the moment and I do hope you feel better very soon. Tiger balm is very good and the tens machine does help, as you say.
My tens has a cut out & only stays on for a set time, then it goes off. I don't think it's a good idea to sleep with it on as it can overstimulate the nerve ending, giving you the symptoms you are trying to relieve.
I look forward to chatting with you on the forum.

Yea I use Tiger Balm on its own also mixed in with my other creams As for the microwave REMOVE THE LIN from the tiger balm put that in the micro wave for say 10 seconds that softens it and it's easyere to apply x
I have not tired 'Tiger Balm,' but i remember that my mum use to use it on occasion. I do have two different types of TENS Machines. One is a standard and the other is a small migraine machine. Unfortunately for me I tried a 'Wheat Bag' once and it gave me an asthma attack. It was just something else to add to my list of allergies!
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
