Hi I have sleeping pills from dr , but I have 15 . The last lot I had 2015 I took the last one 3 months ago , I only take them as a last resort when my body is literally begging me to ! And we all now that feeling , I hope you get some rest but I find now the less stressed I am the more I rest and I do drop off ! Tonight it was from. 8to 10 . I will I know drop off again soon but I don't stress it any more ! I find things to occupy my brain with my iPad , I don't know how I would manage without it.

Gentle hugs .

Ps the one thing that has truly helped has been "mind " I have done a stress and anxiety course and I mindfulness, course I start a self worth course on Wednesday , may be try that !

Hugs

Hi Jan101

I have not tried this myself but I have pasted the product description below. It contains Melatonin which is known to help some people with sleep problems:

*Product description

Melatonin (1mg/serving) - helps regulate your natural sleep patterns* L-Theanine (145mg/serving) - amino acid derived from green tea that helps calm the brain* Valerian Extract (345mg/serving) - is thought to help reduce time to fall asleep and increase the quality of your sleep* Passion Flower (230mg/serving) - traditional herb used to promote sleep*

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken x

Morning Ken thank you so much for the information. I have used melatonin in the past and it helped. The things is I got it over the counter in Spain but I don't go there as much as I use to. I will definitely think on these ones. Hope your feeling as well as you can be. Take good care of yourself my friend. Jan xxx

Hi Lins345 to be honest I am not sure if it's the gel or not. I had it sent to me via my email. So I was just wondering if it worked. Sorry to hear that you have migraines they can be really awful. I hope that you are feeling as well as you can be. Take good care of yourself. Jan 🤗🤗🌹🌷🌺xxx
