Do you have the juice or the fruit? Watched it on the program last night and its how it reacts with the muscles. You can research on it but mainly all fruits has its benefits for illness. Pineapple for coughs and asthmatic ppl. There is a fruit good for blood pressure and try apple cider vinger many benefits with that

I watched it again last night. It is a fascinating programme. I usually eat spinach a couple of times a week so maybe it is doing me some good? :) :)

Hi my friend,

The programme is called ''Superfoods'' and it is on Channel 4 at 8.30pm on Mondays. It really is worth watching as they always give honest results to their tests and they admit their tests are limited.

They also make it fun to watch!

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken x :)

Hello.......does the spinach need to be cooked?

On the program it looked steamed to me so not sure. I've been told steaming allows more nutrients to remain you will get more out of it.

I tend to gently saute mine in butter and black pepper :)

Hi, does that really work? Who makes the juice and where do I get it, this is one pain relief trial I look forward to trying!! Does simply eating cherries work as well or is it something to do with the process of making it into juice? What ever, going to give it a go. Lyzzie x

I've not tried it but watched a documentary on it. They mention the juice but I'm sure the fruit in itself is better. Hope this helps. Others on her say it works. Let me know how you get on with the trial lyzzie.
