Muscle rub

Hi, having real bad time at the moment. Has anyone been able to find a good muscle rub to ease muscle,tendon,ligament pain. Pain killers just not even touching the sides at the moment.

hi you can get one from your docs on prescription and its quite strong and acts immediatley.im trying to think of it.its in a blue and white tube.the doctor can prescribe it for you.

i used to use it on my spine but with moving alot ive misplaced it.sorry cant help anymore than that.

or try thermacare heat wraps.x

Sammy do you mean Movelat gel ? This can be bought at chemists if that's one you mean though I think double the price for lage size tube

Hi I have fibro and arthritis, I use both the heat lotion and the msm gel from forever living products, and find them both to be very effective, I also know of others with painful joint/muscle conditiions who also use it to great effect.

The best thing I have tried and tried everything over 20 years is called Traxam Foam ( names as Felbinac Foam on prescription) it is available as gel or cream too but never found it as effective. You can buy from online chemists but I get on prescription, the foam virtually melts into ur skin so is much better than rubbing stuff in when muscles and tendons are very painful and sore. It's not stocked always at chemist so did try the gel when last time was in so much pain but didn't get half the relief than I do from foam
