Sore all over

Was feeling great yesterday morning so I decided too wash window blinds, stood on a chair and fell of and landed in grand kid's play box, thankfully no bones broken bruised and sore today mostly feel defeated, hopefully pick myself up tomorrow. Hope all of you are having a great day today x

Hi I do that - I try and do as much as possible on a good day - hurt for a while then for the next few days - get really annoyed with this sore achy body - hope you feel better soon - and stay out of that toy box. !!!!☺. -Neese. x

It is so tempting to try to get things done when we are feeling good and especially when the weather is, well slightly better than winter!

Rest up today if you are able to.

Please don't feel deflated. Many of us do this.

I'm glad that you didn't hurt yourself badly when you fell.

You will have to learn to bounce😀😀😀Joking apart it is such a shock to the system to have a fall bet you are like a multi coloured rainbow faith your bruises. As BlueMermaid3 says rest up for a few days as you will be really stiff and sore. We all do it and think we have learnt a lesson and then have a good day and think we can rule the world again. Take care of yourself.x

I'm so sorry to hear that you've hurt yourself. That's the problem with fibro, when we feel we're having a good day we tend to try to do to much, forgetting our balance etc isn't good. Then we fall or do something that sets us back. I think most of us do it.

I've just been told off by my daughter for stretching and trying to balance to get some fast growing triffid off of my fence and growing into my tumble dryer outlet, woops! Caught again 😜

I do hope that you start to feel a bit better soon.

Thanks everyone No luck with the taking in easy grand kid's came and I hate too moan, can't say anything to the daughter in all are she says we will not be back they will see u if they want when they're 18 maybe get rest tomorrow
