  • Sorry to read your post was hoping that the procedure would give you some easy answers. At least they have ruled it out but as you say you have now got to wait again. I think with multiple health problems any procedure has a worse effect on us than normal so as you say just take things slowly. Let us know when you have some news.x

  • Hi joed

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are still in so much pain and no nearer to the answers that you so desperately desire and deserve. I sincerely hope that you will get your general surgery appointment through quickly. I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck. Please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

  • I've had a couple of laparoscopic operations, investigative, gall bladder removal and eventually appendix removal. I agree the awful wind pain afterwards is terrible. The best thing to ease it for me was to sip a cup of boiled water ( let it cool a bit first). I'm not sure why it works, but it seemed to help shift the trapped wind. I used to have one cup before bed, and another in the morning. More often if you need it. Hope you soon feel better, and they can find the cause of your problems. MariLiz
