Is there anyone from Basingstoke or nearby on here?

I have fibromyalgia Sjögren's syndrome, more recently a bit of Arthritis.....feel as I'm falling apart! Anyone I just wondered if there was anyone near me that fancies meeting up. I hear about a support group here, then it seems to disappear! Wishing you all a least painful day as possible x

Hi there Lins, and welcome 😀

I'm not sure about Basingstoke itself but I know for sure there is one in Andover. If you go to fmauk.org you will be able to locate a section where it tells you about support groups in your area. I also know that we have several members on here who also suffer with Sjögren's and plenty, including myself who have arthritis.

Do feel free to join in wherever you want, we have some more light heated posts which some of us find beneficial as laughter releases feel good endorphins, and I very much look forward to getting to know you better around the forum 😀😀

I'll be surprised if there's not a group in Basing. I'm not too far away myself - Winchester. As to falling apart I know how you feel

There maybe groups in Basingstoke. I think monthly one..chronic pain or fort nightly the fibromyalgia group. No clue where they meet x

Hi I'm in Basingstoke and have. Wen suffering for years with fibromyalgia, what doctors are you with? Are they helpful as mine is rubbish!! Hope your having a comfortable day x
