Muscle twitching

Can anyone help with muscle twitching? Along with the pain in my legs the twitching is driving me mad. I try rubbing/massage but some places hurt to touch. Doesn't matter if I'm sitting, standing or lying down. Disturbed sleep! Having steroid injections on Thursday so will help with pain (hopefully). But the twitching!!!!

No. Sorry. But I will be watching your responses with great interest. It is really annoying as you can't do a thing about it. I often wonder if other people can see it when the "twitch" starts 🐸

Hi there, i found taking vit d and using epsom salts in bath helps enormously.

I have experienced the same problem for years, the only positive I can offer is that they do seem to have become less of an issue now, but it has taken over 30 years to get to this point!

Hi achesnpains, I get twitching in my eyes ,more my left ,and my right arm ,nothing I do gets rid of it ,I also get a pain like being stuck with a needle all over my feet an legs ,its like electric shocks ,it really hurts .

I was going to have botox injections in my eye muscles ,not the eye ball ,but I desideid not to causes its toxic ,and I went in to toxic shock when I was younger.but it dose work ,so ask your Doctor about botox injections.
